burn baby, burn
whoo! just got back from east coast park with the sis, the bro and his fiancee. oh, and i've found another shopping haunt now - parkway parade!!! we stopped by there to eat lunch before heading to east coast, you see. the bags and the shoes there are just to die for [oh, i have a fetish for shoes and bags anyways]!!!! and the banquet food; more delicious and varied than at the raffles hospital!! [fana, are you reading this?? we got to eat there from now on!!]
wow, this entry seems to have an overdose of exclamation marks. yikes.
hmm went cycling and got pooped for a while, then went to layan the bro's fiancee's uncle and accompanied him by the beach. *gasp!* relax la dei, that guy's just four years old and is as cute as an imp. we built sandcastles [well, it was i who built them actually] and then we went to join some other beach-goers and played with those bubbles that come in bottles and you have to blow them out. the nice chinese uncle even gave us one bottle of bubbles free. nice, nice uncle. so i blew the bubbles and the little guy tried to catch 'em.
and we returned the bikes one hour late but since i am a jambu girl [hardeeharhar], the nice malay uncle said we didn't have to pay for the extra hour. the extra hour would've cost us $10 otherwise. nice, nice uncle.
my face got a little tanned today, especially around the nose area. maybe it got a little burnt cos it's like red. oh, who cares?
oh, and i got a nice pencil case from the sis [how thoughtful! i like!!] and a small pouch. and a nice swatch watch from the bro [i LURVE!]. and $$ from the parents.
