gawd, yesterday night was SO embarrassing.

i went to nus during the day to study, and then to lot 1 to get some cream cheese with kat. on the train home, somewhere near kranji mrt station, somebody in the carriage i was in decided to let out a *freaking* HUGE fart. smelt like durians meet uh... cili padi? hahahahahhaha!! kentut pedas!!! (translation: spicy fart). like eughhhh! super stinky! i bet if there was a small insect present then, it'd prolly faint or convulse to death.

so everyone just started covering up their noses la and these two young malay boys in front of me said loudly, "smelly siak. busuk giler". i know. how 'subtle' right? so i started smiling la cos i found the whole kentut pedas thing so funny.

AND THEN this one auntie was about to get off at kranji so she stood near me. i was covering my nose at that time and when i saw her, i decided to smile la. and you know what that woman did?? she looked at me and said FREAKING loudly, "YOU AH?!?!"

i was like, what the heck? so i said, "NO!!" but by then these two girls nearby started giggling at me and people were staring at me la. wah liao. i could've murdered that auntie right there and then. drop my face water man (translation: jatuh air muka aku).

speaking of murder, it was such a coincidence that the passage we had for paper 2 for gp said something about the borgia family cos i just read up on the borgias a few days ago! darn. if only they'd asked about the history of the borgias or summat, i could've answered it well. yeah, anyhoots, the borgias were this ruling italian family who accumulated their wealth by appointing cardinals and bishops. then they allowed these people to increase their holdings, and then they invited them to dinner. people then could boast, "oh, i'm going to dine with the borgias tonight" but no one could ever say, "i dined with the borgias last night." hahaha. weapon of choice for the assassination? arsenic - colourless, odourless, tasteless. perfect killing machine.

cool huh? but yeah, there's an easier way to kill y'know. just inject someone with an empty syringe so that you introduce air into the bloodstream. once this bubble of air reaches the heart, it'll jam everything up and there you go. death.

*shivers* i still don't get how anyone can be so heartless as to kill another person. i mean, it's pretty hard enough to watch someone die in front of you, what more to kill. yikes!

oh, here's some beauty tips (ok, since when should anyone in the right state of mind take any beauty tips from me? NEVER!! haha. heck, who cares):

1. for a cheaper alternative to those expensive facial masks, just use aspirin. yup, aspirin - the stuff that kills headaches. dissolve two tablets of aspirins in about two tablespoons of water, then just smear the stuff carefully on your face and gently massage for about 3 minutes. rinse off and cleanse with your regular facial wash.

2. aspirin can also be used to treat dandruff. jennifer aniston (the one with luxurious golden -albeit fake golden- mane) apparently suffered from dandruff problems and she solved it by dissolving two tablets of aspirin in her regular shampoo and used it as per normal.

so there. two beauty tips of the day, involving aspirin! whee!
