treasures
what's the next best thing to shopping? why, it's window shopping of course! hahaa. it's so weird but i'm really starting to reaaaallly like shopping a lot. i used to hate it like mad. weird huh?
went out with darling kat! she gave me my *belated* birthday gift - a big nicely-wrapped box filled with 18 treasures!! i love it! they were random things like socks, earrings, chocolates, sweets [and stuffs like that], and a beautiful pendant with my name carved on it, and each one of them has a handwritten note attached to it. so sweeeeet. i love kat!!
we went out to window shop at town. even managed to squeeze in time to sit at orchard library and browse through magazines.
hmm just now i went to pray at al-falah mosque. managed to listen to the syarahan they gave after prayers for a bit. oh, they give syarahans in english at al-falah mosque. cool.
anyways, the topic was the sins of our mouth. and i realised that i've done so many wrongs with my mouth! the eight major sins of our mouth include lying, slandering, arguing, and one thing i indulge in frequently: make fun of people and in the process, make others laugh! orang yang ketawa tu pun berdosa. and even orang yang mati syahid will not necessarily go straight to heaven because of what they had said in their lifetime. in fact, many people will land in hell selama 70 tahun [that's a thousand years on earth] because of their words. so, wahai muslims and muslimahs, let's try to make our mouths speak only good things.
gosh. menyesal aku fikirkan pasal dosa mulut aku. insyaallah i will try to change.
ok now, i have to get back on track. tomorrow marks the official studying days ahead. good luck all!
